Privacy Policy

Bryan Jack Music, LLC (Austin, Texas) runs this website, a fan email list, and a private analytics tool called Mission Control.

Fan email list: When you sign up, I collect your name, email, city or zip, and (if you share them) artists you like. I use this only to email you about shows near you, new music, or something worth sharing. When you confirm, I also record a rough location based on your internet connection.

Instagram: If you comment on my posts or message me on Instagram, I may reply by direct message. Some replies are sent by an automated assistant I built; they are my words and are marked as automated. I keep basic info (your Instagram handle, your comment or message, and when) to keep track of conversations.

TikTok: With permission given through TikTok Login, Mission Control reads stats from my own TikTok account (followers, views, likes, comments, shares) for internal reporting.

Email links: Links in my emails tell me when they're clicked and roughly where from.

Sharing: I don't sell, rent or share your information. It is stored in my private Google account and processed by Google and Cloudflare to run the sign-up pages.

Your choices: You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask me to delete everything I have about you by writing to info@themarfadrive.com.
