Bryan Jack is a fourth-generation Austin songwriter whose debut album The Marfa Drive — an 11-song Americana record recorded in Austin and Driftwood — was released in March 2026 to a sold-out showcase at the Cactus Cafe. The album features contributions from touring musicians with Hayes Carll, Robert Earl Keen, and the South Austin Jug Band.  The writing and storytelling draws comparisons to the authenticity of Guy Clark, the gravitas of Mickey Newbury, and the whimisical storytelling of Ray Wylie Hubbard. "Lightning Lane" was named Publisher's Pick at the Austin Songwriters Group Symposium and has placed in national songwriting competitions alongside songs from the same record. The Marfa Drive has generated over 115,000 streams across the U.S., UK, and Australia without label representation. Bryan has been interviewed on radio stations and shows like Texas Homegrown Music on KHYI 95.3 Dallas, and Brookylnbilly Music in Santa Cruz.
